Two Tags and a Card

I too stopped in at
Frilly and Funkie on Saturday and tried the
Saturday Step x Step: Faux Leather , by Anita Houston , I must say it was so much fun I can’t wait to try another one.
I only had the Perfect Pearls and Perfect Ink Refersher, so I can’t enter this.
I embossed my tag, with a Sizzix folder then tapped on Memento’s Pistachio ink.
The Dress form die was cut from Embossed Felt and tapped with Black Memento’s ink
The charming little lady was a Google image,
and the frame is from Graphic 45.
I also tried the
Here again I didn’t have all the products need to apply for this challenge.
I used Alcohol inks to alter the hardware and sponged on distress inks to color my tag. Love the bold color.

My card was made for a friend who loves graphic’s.
The background image is from
Stamps are Hero Arts and Cornish Heritage Farms.
The Heart was a vellum tag that I removed the vellum and crocheted around.
Thanks for stopping in for a visit today, hope you stop into Frilly and Funkie and give this tag a try.

Love Your Style

Over the week-end I had a little (Sew-Stampin’) fever.
The results of this fever is this card.
I stamped my spools of thread image on regular cardstock and colored with
Prismacolor pencils, then re-stamped the image on brown tissue paper, to copy the look of a sewing pattern. I cut out all the thread spools, and glued the tissue paper in place.
Kinda like reverse paper piecing.
Stamp credits are; Club Scrap (Spools of Thread),
Rouge Redhead Designs (Love Your Style).
This image was stamped on cotton fabric, and the thread spools was repeated on the (Mover & Shapers) Dress Form.
The little shears die is from Provo Crafts.
Thanks for stopping in today, stay cool and have a great week.

Curiosity ATC Box

Here the other day, I thought I would check in at
see what their next challenge was, well I’m not a big fan of
"Oriental”, but did like Shril’s idea of the ATC file box tutorial.
So here’s my file box. You can also stop into
Shirl’s Blog and watch the video.
I’ve used a ton of stamps, some that have never been used, what fun!
Close up
Plus two new sheets of “chipboard Tags from “Graphic 45”, called (what Else) “Olde Curiosity Shoppe No1 and No 2”.
Back
Papers are from “The Paper Loft”, here’s the list of stamps used.

Crafty Secrets, Heidi Swapp, Stampers Anonymous, Tim Holtz’s Visual Artistry Collection, 7 Gypsies and Hero Arts.
Thanks Shirl for the fun little project.
I do plan on making another ATC box, but this time for small samples of trim and lace.
Thanks for your visit today, enjoy the week-end.

My Little Girl image is from “The Graphic Fairy” , and she was printed on
100% cotton fabric.
I used lots of fun stamps, credits are; Bo Bunny,
Amuse Studio’s, Hero Arts and Stampin’ Up.

Wings and Things

This is a fun little card I made with new papers from ”The Paper Loft”, and new inks from Memento’s.
Papers were Cedar Run SpM107 and Gentler Times GT105
They had such a nice fall outdoors feel to them I could not resist using
Stampers Anonymous Butterflies with them.
My inks were, Pistachio, Peanut Brittle, Toffee Crunch, Espresso Truffle and Olive Grove.
For texture I added a small wooden tree limb cutting, and some Maple tree seeds.
Thanks for stopping in today, have a wonderful Fourth of July.
